Our on-going effort to generate a gourd crop of the highest quality has involved annual agricultural experiments that have featured adjustments with essentially all variables possible.  Initial efforts in 2001 focused on cultivar diversity via distributed plantings along ranch fencing.  This approach, while functional in 2001, revealed some serious problems in 2002.  So, we have employed a more focused approach in 2003.
